How can I modify an order I’ve already place?
If you need to change your message, address, or delivery date, please contact us with your order number and request as soon as possible. We'll let you know if the changes are possible based on your order status. Once an order is prepared, changes cannot be made. To ensure changes can be accommodated, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your delivery.
Do you offer delivery services outside of Klang Valley?
Currently, our services are limited to the Klang Valley area.
What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged?
At Lovette Florist, we take great care to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. However, if your flowers are damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly, offering a replacement or a full refund if necessary. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products.
